2.4605 / Alloy 59 is a very low carbon and silicon nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy.
It has good resistance to both oxidizing and reducing corrosive environments. It has high resistance against crevice, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking. It exhibits excellent resistance to mineral acids.
