Molybdenum Alloys Exotic Metal Alloy Product
Lanthanum oxide-stabilized molybdenum exhibits a special microstructural fiber content that enables °it to maintain a stable structure up to 2000°C. °Its recrystallization temperature can reach up to 1300°C.
In vacuum furnaces, medical instruments, sintering and annealing apparatuses, aerospace components.
MHC (Molybdenum-based Hafnium and Carbon) are particle-reinforced alloys that contain hafnium and carbon. They are commonly used in metal forming applications. When used as an extrusion die, they can withstand thermal and mechanical loads.
Mo-Y2O3-Ce2O3 It is an alloy reinforced with particle additives. It is primarily developed for use in the lighting industry.
In MoW alloys, tungsten improves the high-temperature properties and corrosion resistance of molybdenum. It is commonly used in mixing tools in the glass industry.
In Molybdenum-Rhenium (MoRe) alloy, even small amounts of rhenium enable it to remain ductile below room temperature. It is commonly used in thermocouple wires.
Molibdeb Zirkonyum oksit (M-ZrO2)The alloy provides excellent corrosion resistance against molten glass and offers better creep resistance and stability at high temperatures compared to pure molybdenum alloy.
